Company History

We were incorporated in Delaware in February, 1998. After locating our headquarters in Miami, Florida in 1999, we began developing and engineering the proprietary routing, monitoring, and billing software and the unique switchless connectivity solutions that now make us one of the most efficient and technologically advanced international telecommunications networks anywhere. Launching our wholesale international voice and data service in 2000, we focused our initial marketing efforts on building strong relationships with established and emerging telecommunications carriers in Latin America. Since 2005, we have been a market leader in inbound traffic from or through the United States to Mexico and various other Latin American markets. Since then, while continuing to consolidate our market strength in Latin America, we have also been expanding our network into other key territories. We now have more than 350 customers located throughout the world. Our superior technology assures our customers of the capability of delivering to any end customer, in any part of the world, the most effective international voice and data telecommunications solutions available in the marketplace.
