Arik Meimoun
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Arik Meimoun founded Next Communications in 1998 and since then has overseen every aspect of its development, strategic planning, and day-to-day operations. Under his leadership, Next Communications has grown from a startup to the owner and operator of one of the most sophisticated and efficient international long distance telecommunications networks in the world, while achieving phenomenal revenue growth, generating strong current cash flow, and maintaining an essentially debt-free balance sheet. Prior to forming Next Communications, Arik was engaged in the business of wholesale and retail sales of prepaid telephone calling cards.

Ephram Yeoshoua
Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel
Effi Yeoshoua manages our day-to-day operations and is also directly responsible for planning and managing all of our contractual relationships with customers, carriers, and providers, as well as overseeing our outside counsel and all other legal matters. Prior to joining Next Communications, Effi, who holds a Juris Doctorate degree from Sheffield University, in the United Kingdom, served in an executive capacity for one of the world's largest insurance companies.

Amiel Aviman
Executive Vice President and Business Development Director
Amiel Aviman manages all aspects of our marketing, advertising and promotion, business development, branding, and public relations operations. In this capacity, Amiel has played a key role in developing the customer and provider relationships that have driven our phenomenal growth. Prior to joining Next Communications, Amiel served as an executive in the media industry.

Paul Favata
Chief Financial Officer
Paul Favata oversees and manages our financial operations, including all billing, payroll, banking, bookkeeping, and accounting functions. Prior to joining Next Communications, Paul spent several years on Wall Street working as a specialist trader on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange and later served as an executive of a consulting firm that advised clients on acquisitions and long term financing strategies.

Izik Greenberg
Chief Technology Officer
Izik Greenberg leads the engineering team that envisioned, designed, built, monitors, and continues to enhance, our revolutionary switchless calling platform, creating a network that now supports over a billion minutes per month of carrier-quality telephony traffic more cost-effectively than any other international long distance platform anywhere. Prior to joining the Next Communications, Izik served in an executive capacity for a major electric power company, managing a team of 55 engineers who oversaw all hardware and software maintenance and upgrades within a geographically-diverse network of power plants and substations.

Ariel Dayan
Chief Information Officer
Ariel Dayan leads the software design and engineering team that developed, manages, and continues to improve the authentication protocols, least-cost routing systems, high-throughput server interfaces, user interfaces, quality assurance mechanisms, per-session control and real-time monitoring platforms, interconnectivity solutions, databases, and virtual back-office applications that give the the Next Communications VoIP network a competitive advantage in efficiency, reliability, and costs. Prior to joining Next Communications, Ariel was engaged in the business of designing and developing billing and administrative software applications for hospitals, clinics, and medical practices.
